FFL dealers may claim their listing on GunExpos.com. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business. We reserve the right to verify claims and remove inaccurate information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site in bulk without written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Site to facilitate illegal firearms transactions
• Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, logos, original content, and software are the property of Technology Geeks, Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. FFL data is sourced from public ATF records. User-contributed content (reviews, corrections) is licensed to us for display on the Site.
