Dallas Market Hall Show — the jerky vendor and other non-gun stuff
Can we talk about the beef jerky vendors at every show? At Dallas Market Hall Show there were like 13 tables of non-gun stuff. Takes up space from real vendors. The jerky was actually fire tho.

Haha yeah Dallas Market Hall always has tons of jerky vendors! I actually bought some last time - the teriyaki was legit. But you're right about the space issue... seems like every show now has knife vendors, jerky, tactical pens, Trump flags, and other random stuff. I miss when it was 90% guns and ammo. Still found some good deals on Wolf Gold though so can't complain too much.
The jerky thing is so true lol. But tbh I don't mind the non-gun vendors as much anymore... my kids get bored at shows so the knife displays and weird tactical gear keeps them entertained while I'm looking at holsters. Plus that one vendor with the leather goods had some nice purses that work great for concealed carry. Sometimes the random stuff is actually useful!
The jerky vendor was actually how I started talking to people at my first show! Guy next to me in line was complaining about the same thing you mentioned. But honestly as a newbie I kinda liked having other stuff to look at between all the overwhelming gun tables. Made it feel less intimidating somehow.
This is exactly why I joined this forum. Good discussion.
