Went for ammo at the Dallas Market Hall Show. .308 Win was $0.32/rd. Passed. Compared to online it was a deal after shipping.

For .308 I just buy whatever's cheap online in bulk and eat the shipping cost. Gun shows are more for finding oddball stuff or getting hands on before you buy imo.
Dallas Market Hall is hit or miss for ammo deals. I've had better luck at the Mesquite show - smaller but the old timers there sometimes have good surplus stuff. But yeah .32/rd for .308 is about what I'm seeing everywhere in DFW right now. Online you're looking at shipping plus transfer fees so it probably works out about the same.
tbh I don't shoot much so can't help with ammo prices but that show had some decent silver... picked up a few mercury dimes at decent prices
32 cents for .308 at Dallas Market Hall isn't bad actually - I was there Saturday and saw some booths asking 38-40 cents. The trick is hitting the show early on Friday, some dealers will negotiate better on day 1. FWIW I found Federal Gold Medal Match for 28 cents at a table in the back corner but had to buy 500 rounds.
