Primer availability — still scarce
Small rifle magnum primers have been overpriced everywhere in my area. Finally scored 3355 Winchester at my LGS for $40/k.
Where are you guys finding primers?

$40/k isn't terrible for SRM primers right now tbh. I paid $45 at the Fort Worth show last month. Been hitting every show in DFW looking for components - primers are still the hardest to find consistently. Online prices are even worse with hazmat fees.
That's about market rate for magnum primers. I've been paying $35-45 per thousand when I can find them. My LGS in Lubbock gets shipments randomly but you gotta be there when they come in. Set up notifications if your shop does that - helps beat the rush.
Still learning reloading but $40/k seems reasonable from what I've seen. My local Sportsman's had some last week for $42 but limit 2 boxes per customer. Hoping things get better soon - want to start loading some subsonic rounds when my can gets out of jail.
I run a similar setup and it's been flawless. Good choice.
