Burris RT-6 review — 1843 rounds later
Had the Burris RT-6 on my AR-15 for about 5 months now. Turrets track perfectly.
Only complaint: eye box is tight.
Overall solid buy. Questions welcome.

How's the tracking at longer ranges? I know it's not a precision optic but curious if you've stretched it out past 300 yards. The tight eye box would drive me nuts on the bench but might be fine for general purpose use.
Don't know much about rifle optics but good to see long-term reviews. Most people post after a week lol. 1800+ rounds is real world testing!
Been considering this for my 16" middie. What mount are you running with it? The tight eye box might actually be a deal breaker for me - I wear glasses so that stuff matters.
Good review! I've been eyeing the RT-6 for a budget build. How's the glass clarity compared to something like a Strike Eagle? And yeah, tight eye boxes can be frustrating for newer shooters especially.
This is the content I come here for. Thanks OP.
My two cents — don't overthink it. Just get what feels right in your hand and train with it.
