Scared to go to the range alone as a newbie
This might sound dumb but I'm embarrassed to go to the range by myself. I just bought a Walther PDP and haven't fired it yet. Afraid I'll do something wrong.
Is it normal to feel this way? Any tips for a first timer?

Girl, I was terrified my first time too! Thought everyone would judge me for not knowing how to load the magazine properly lol. Truth is, most people at the range are focused on their own shooting and are actually pretty helpful if you ask questions. The RSOs are usually great with newbies. You got this!
Everyone starts somewhere - I still remember my first time at the range being nervous as hell. The PDP has excellent ergonomics so you picked a good gun. Start slow, focus on the fundamentals - sight alignment, trigger control, breathing. And don't be afraid to ask the RO for help, that's what they're there for.
Completely normal! I've been taking new shooters to the range for 20+ years and this feeling is more common than you think. Call ahead and ask if they have an RSO who can help new shooters - most ranges are happy to assist. Start with basic safety rules, take your time, and don't worry about what others think. The PDP is a great choice btw.
+1 on this. My buddy had the same issue and switching to Bravo Concealment IWB fixed it for him.
