Embarrassing question — how do I load a magazine?
Ok I know this is basic but my thumbs are raw trying to load my Beretta 92X magazine. Only got 5 rounds in before I gave up.
Am I doing something wrong? The UpLULA thing on Amazon — worth it?

Totally been there! I saw those UpLULA things at the gun show and almost bought one but thought I could tough it out... nope. My thumbs were destroyed. Definitely getting one next time.
Don't be embarrassed - we've all been there! Those 92 mags are stiff as hell when new. The UpLULA is a game changer, but also try loading just a few rounds at a time until the spring breaks in. Gets way easier after a few hundred rounds.
OMG yes get the UpLULA! I had the same problem with my first magazine - thought I was gonna need surgery on my thumbs lol. The UpLULA makes it so much easier, especially for those last few rounds. Totally worth the $30 or whatever it costs.
UpLULA is worth every penny! I see them at shows for around $25-30 usually. Way cheaper than the range rental ones some places have. Your thumbs will thank you, especially with those Beretta mags.
