Stippling a 1911 Government — game changer
Thinking about stippling my 1911 Government and it completely changed the grip. Bought the talon grips instead.
Have you stippled? Do you regret it?

You should check out the Ruger LCP MAX too. Similar price point and I think the trigger is better.
I run a similar setup and it's been flawless. Good choice.

Welcome to the addiction lol. Your wallet will never recover.
I was thinking about stippling my Glock but decided against it after reading about resale value taking a hit. The Talon grips seem like a good compromise - better grip without permanent changes. How do they feel compared to factory texture?
Stippled my issued M9 years ago and it made a huge difference in wet conditions. Did it myself with a soldering iron - came out rough but functional. For a nice 1911 I'd probably go with professional stippling or those rubber Talon grips you got. Way less permanent and you can replace them if they wear out.
