Coin shows vs gun shows — which has better deals on coins?
I hit both coin shows and gun shows regularly. Coin shows have better selection.

Coin shows hands down. Better selection, more knowledgeable dealers, and actual competitive pricing. I hit the Whitman Expo in Philly twice a year and it's like candy store for collectors. Gun shows around here have maybe 2-3 coin dealers max and they're usually overpriced on anything decent. Stick to coin shows for serious buying, gun shows for the occasional oddball find.
Gun shows can have hidden gems but you really gotta know what you're looking at. Found a 1916-D Mercury dime in XF condition at a gun show last year for $20 - dealer didn't know what he had. But 90% of the time coin show dealers know their stuff and price accordingly. For filling albums I hit estate sales and flea markets more than either tbh.
I run a similar setup and it's been flawless. Good choice.
Good looking out for sharing this deal. Just ordered one.
You should check out the Ruger LCP MAX too. Similar price point and I think the trigger is better.
Appreciate the honest review. Most people just hype everything up.
Dude same. I spent way too long researching before I just pulled the trigger and bought one.
