Krugerrands — best for stacking?
For pure stacking purposes, what do you buy? Government coins have higher premiums but better resale.
I've been buying mostly Austrian Philharmonic but thinking about switching to 10oz silver bar for the better recognition.

I stick mostly to generic rounds and bars for stacking - premiums on government stuff are just too high right now. 10oz bars are great if you're buying regularly... I usually grab whatever's cheapest at my LCS when I have extra cash.
For pure stacking the 10oz bars make more sense - lower premiums per ounce. But Krugerrands are solid too, especially if you can find them close to spot. I mix it up... bars for bulk, government coins for liquidity. Austrian Phils are good choice, just not as recognized here as eagles or maples.
Still pretty new to stacking but from what I've read government coins do hold value better? I've been buying mostly eagles when I can find them at decent premiums.
Facts. I switched to the same thing about 5 months ago and it was a game changer.
