Appendix vs 4 o'clock — settle this
Carrying at 4 o'clock for 10 months but everyone says appendix is better. Tried it and actually comfy. I'm 6'0 180.
What position and why?

I carry my P365 appendix most of the time. Way more comfortable than strong side for me, especially when I'm chasing kids around or getting in and out of the minivan constantly. The draw is faster too. Just make sure your holster has good retention and covers the trigger completely - safety first with appendix.
Both have pros and cons but I generally recommend appendix for most people. Faster draw, better concealment, harder for someone to grab from behind. The key is a quality holster and proper cant. At your height/weight appendix should work well. Just practice your draw stroke - it's different than strong side. I teach both positions in my classes and most students prefer appendix once they get used to it.
From a legal standpoint, carry position doesn't matter - just make sure you're following your state's concealment laws. But practically speaking, appendix does offer better weapon retention in a struggle. Seen too many cases where someone got their gun taken during an attack because it was poorly positioned. Good holster and training matter more than position though.
Honestly... pocket carry beats both lol. My LCP MAX disappears in jeans pocket and nobody ever knows it's there. But if you're choosing between those two, appendix all the way. Conceals better under a t-shirt and you can access it sitting down. 4 o'clock gets printed when you bend over or reach for something.
I run a similar setup and it's been flawless. Good choice.
You should check out the CZ P-01 too. Similar price point and I think the trigger is better.
LOL I felt the same way. It gets better after a few weeks trust me.
Been there done that. Lesson learned the hard way for me too.
